EEO-Microsoft Word 7.0 Format- You must have Microsoft Word installed on your computer to use this format. With this format, the application can be saved to your hard drive and emailed as an attachment.

EEO Fillable PDF-This format allows you to complete the compliance report while it is displayed on your screen. After completing the application, you must print it and mail it. The information you entered can not be saved.

EEO Non-Fillable PDF-You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to use this format. The Reader can be downloaded at no charge from Adobe's web site. You must print this format out, fill in, and mail.
